Another name that you might have heard about is Business.com which is a good site to have your online business listed with. It is a quality directory with listings well categorized by relevancy and content.
The Authority Directory is also an excellent option and should be a staple for any sites directory submission campaign. It is well respected with excellent traffic, content and features.
As far as the actual submission there should be a link on any page of the directory that allows you to find the submit page. Once there the instructions are fairly basic for the submission process. Once you have suggested your website you should hear back from any of those directories just listed in only a few days. Happy submitting!
