There are many different things that Google grades you on whenever you are on their search engine. This can include how many different links you have around the Internet and how long your web page has been up and running. The longer it s been up, the more likely you are to have a higher ranking.

On top of that, the more links you have around the Internet (by exchanging link with relevant website), the higher your ranking will be as well. As long as your links are on sites that are related to your niche. For example, if you have a link for video games on a home cooking website, then that it not going to do you any good.



Beside having many links and nice keywords rich content, there is another thing that Google grants you on that a lot of people do not know about: The use of keywords rich anchor texts. Anchor text is the hyperlinked words that appear on a web page. The words you click on when you click on the link. Anchor text usually gives your visitors useful information about the content of the page you re linking to.

Whenever you are trying to get a higher ranking on Google, there are a lot of different things that you can do. However, make sure that the quality and the location of your anchor text is very well put together. For example, if the text in your anchor text is just a whole bunch of keywords, then that is not going to give you a good ranking.

In fact, that can actually hurt your ranking. However, if you have a well typed relevant anchor link in your article, then it s going to help your search engine ranking. It s hard to believe that Google considers all this kind of stuff when it comes to search engine optimization, but they do. On top of this, it also helps if you have your anchor text anchored in a good location.

Trying to be able to do all these different things can be hard, and you can not expect to see the fruits of your labor grow overnight. These are things that are going to take time for you to see taking effect. In fact, sometimes it can take a long time for the search engines to even notice your site. However, that is just the way the cookie crumbles.

You can, however, get the search engines to notice your site a lot faster. By having your optimized anchor text link on several website the search engines will know that your web page is out there, and they won t just find it by chance. After your website has been picked up by the search engines crawlers, you will start to see tangible results. The more keywords rich anchor text links you have, the higher you will climb in the search engines results.

Remember that real live humans will read your links as well as search engines, so the words in your anchor text need to look natural and most of all, make sense!
